Browse active home buying requests (Buy Boxes) posted by buyers. See one that fits your property? Click Potential Matches to get a property list for targeted marketing. Or list your property for free and get notified when it matches a buyer’s Buy Box.
Buyer email and phone stay private
A buyer’s email address and phone number are never shared with other users, including subscribers. Sellers and local real estate experts reach buyers only through conversations inside Caroline; Caroline emails a notification without the message text. A buyer chooses whether to share contact details in a conversation. If a buyer adds a phone number, only our site may use it for notifications.

2.Free listings everyone can see
List properties for sale at no cost. Listings are public, and buyers get a Caroline notification when a property matches their Buy Box.
3.Buy Boxes kept current
Buyers are asked to confirm their Buy Box every 30 days. One that isn’t confirmed is paused and hidden.
4.What buyers tell us
Each Buy Box is written by the buyer. We show when it was last confirmed and any reviewed documents, but we don’t verify identity, financing or intent—always confirm directly.
5.Zero commission
We charge no fees on closed deals. Your agreement stays between you and the other party.
6.No agents in the middle
Work directly with the decision-maker.
7.Any way to buy or sell
