Is it free?
Yes. Posting Buy Boxes and deals is free. Prices for future paid options have not been set — see Pricing.
Can I list my own home?
Yes. On Add a Deal choose “My own property for sale”. Wholesaler-only fields are hidden.
Do you check listings or buyers?
No. Figures, photos and documents are entered by users and are not verified by us. Check everything yourself.
Who can see my contact details?
Your email and phone are never shown on public pages. A buyer’s phone number is never shared with other users, including subscribers; only our site may use it for notifications. A buyer’s email address is not shared with other users either, even with a paid subscription. Messages stay inside Caroline, and you choose whether to share your contact details in a conversation.
Is my street address public?
For a new deal the street is hidden by default; others see only city, state and ZIP. You can choose to show it, and change that later.
Can I save and finish later?
Yes. Drafts can be saved without signing in; they stay in this browser until you sign in and save them to your account.
Which languages are available?
English, Español and Русский. What other people write stays in their original language. Emails are sent in English.
