How sources fit together
Listings (what is for sale, the price, and the listing agent to contact) and public records (owner, past sales, mortgage) come from two separate providers. Neither is connected, so no live searches run yet — every property you see is synthetic.
When connected, rates, loan balances and equity from records stay marked as estimates. Unknown values stay unknown (never zero), and a home without a verified monthly payment still fails a hard payment cap.
